Work description
I was working maily in laboratory. My task was create Conjugated Polymer Particles from Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) Precursors by microwave technology.

One of the members picked me up after my arrival to the Aachen.
There was a meeting every Wednesday evening in a local pub. Some trips were organized by IAESTE groups also during weekends.

Meeting other foreign students
Mainly on the Wednesday meetings and trips organized by IAESTE. But I have spent most of my time in a German group of people.
Sport and culture
Culture: There were a lot of festivals in Aachen or other cities (Cologne, Gent) going on.
Sports: I have been visiting boulder gym - Moove Boulderhalle (which cost 6e after 9pm)

On the street Ponstraße is a lot of opportunity where to grab some food or go for a beer.

If you have any health problems go directly to the hospital (you don´t have to pay there) and if you don´t speak german, ask someone to go with you.
