Okolí místa praxe: I stayed in São Paulo, but I visited the main museum (for MASP, you need to book your ticket online).
I also visited the parks, the zoo, the city center, and enjoyed some parties on Paulista Avenue.

O firmě: Tokyo metropolitan university. Very friendly enviroment with lot of nice people. Profesor took us on educational trips in the natural park.

Náplň práce: A lot of my work included programing and data analysis. Thanks to me already working at Alps Alpine in Czech Republic I was given mostly tasks that were around the same area of work. I have obtained a lot of knowledge, especially programming as I was using Python a lot. I've learned to properly use the Pyside QT library alongside PyQtGraph.

Přínos praxe: I learned many new lab skills and improved my English. I met people from other countries and experienced a different culture. It also helped me become more independent and confident.

Místní kuchyně: During my stay in Skopje, I had the chance to try several local dishes. I enjoyed traditional Macedonian foods such as tavče gravče (baked beans), shopska salad (a fresh salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta cheese), and burek (a pastry filled with meat or cheese).
What surprised me was the variety of flavors and how fresh the ingredients tasted.

Sport a kultura: I loved beach, in good weather I went to the beach almost every day. I also liked to use electric bike to get around thetown. I learned much about history in local museums, and I also attended some cultural events. There are many possibilities where to go.
