Náplň práce: I worked in the sales department. My main tasks were to find potential customers and do market research. I also analyzed sales data and made charts. They also asked me to make cold calls to potential Czech and Slovak companies.
I also researched new products that the company could add to its portfolio. I did some mystery shopping and provided detailed analysis of a few products.

Přínos praxe: I didn’t get much of a career experience as I was expecting, except that it is going to look good on my CV. But I was enjoying to getting to know Japan, met a lot of amazing people with the same mindset, made friends for life.

Místní kuchyně: My coworkers were reccommending me some local foods and places to eat, we even went to a lunch together to try some of slovenian food. Interesting thing that I think is worth mentioning is pumpkin oil that is produced for example in the Prekmurje region close to the hungarian borders. I would also recommend getting some fresh figs.
